Entry Criteria

Community Care Live offers a free seminar programme for registered social work professionals thanks to the involvement of our sponsors and exhibitors. To protect their integrity at this event, we are unable to offer free places to delegates with other job roles.

To clarify, the following job roles are eligible to attend Community Care Live for free (please note this refers to access to the event, exhibition and the free seminar programme, but does not include the legal learning seminars which are paid for sessions):

  • Registered social workers, with a Social Work England (or equivalent body) registration number
  • Local authority directors, assistant directors and heads of service
  • Local authority commissioners and procurement officers
  • Local authority workforce development leads/managers
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Care Managers (working within a Local Authority Social Services department)
  • Registered Mental Health Nurses (working within a Local Authority Social Services department)
  • Adults Social Care Worker (working within a Local Authority Social Services department)
  • Case Workers - Adults' Social Care (working within a Local Authority Social Services department)
  • Government ministers and senior employees of government or regulatory bodies (director level or above)
  • Police officers, youth offending team staff and probation officers
  • Social work degree students - all years (BA/MA courses)

Any other attendees will be required to pay the event fee of £395 + VAT, which is payable during the registration process. Paying delegates who wish to attend any of the legal learning sessions will also be required to pay the specified charge for each session they attend.

Legal learning sessions

In order to attend any of the eight legal learning sessions, your place must be pre-booked and paid for in advance. You can reserve and pay for your places by credit/debit card during the online registration process

Prices for the 2023 legal sessions are:
Launch offer: £20 + VAT per session 
Early Bird rate: £25 + VAT per session 
Standard fee: £30 + VAT per session
On site fee: £40 + VAT (applicable if you pay at the registration desk on the event days)



NB: Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
