Kate Concannon

Kate Concannon is a neurodivergent social worker who is always looking for ways to improve practice and services, working with people from within adult social care and in collaboration with service users, stakeholders and other agencies. She believes in working to support people to live their best lives. She was previously co-chair of the National Principal Social Worker Network, which gave her opportunities to work on national issues alongside some of the most experienced leaders in the sector, including those with lived and learned experience.
