Henry St Clair Miller oversees Islington Council’s Refugee and Migrant Service, including the frontline No Recourse to Public Funds (NRFP) casework team and NRFP Network. He manages NRFP Connect, used by over 90 councils in partnership with the Home Office, and frequently delivers training for the NRPF Network. He has many years’ experience helping councils nationally make best use of available resources to protect and support residents adversely affected by immigration restrictions.
