Charmaine Malcolm qualified as a social worker in 2006 and has held management roles since 2011, working across five local authorities. She is committed to promoting equality and anti-racist practice with a strong belief in compassionate, relational approaches that include families in decision-making. As a practice educator, she supports the development of others while advocating for psychologically safe and culturally competent environments. She has a particular passion for addressing domestic abuse through effective, evidence-based interventions that lead to sustainable change. Above all, she is dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people by championing tools and practices that enable meaningful and lasting impact.
