Essex County Council are excited to be back for another year and are proud to be the ongoing Event Partner with Community Care.
In Essex, we are serious about social work and giving you time to reflect on your practice. We encourage social workers to work creatively and love to see you try new things and find new ways to support people to get on with their lives. There’s no magic to it but there is a thoughtful, relational co-production with people drawing on social care. With us you can make your career work for you, find flexibility, wellbeing and develop your professional skills and knowledge all while knowing you’re making the difference every day. In Essex we recognise the whole system needs to work together. This includes our Occupational Therapy service who are essential to our approach.
We are very excited that our Adults Principal Social Worker and Principal Occupational Therapist will be delivering an Occupational Therapy workshop this year, alongside our four masterclasses, we hope through attendance at our workshops, visits to our stand and our wellbeing zone you will get a flavour of why so many of our colleagues have worked with us for more than 20 years. Supporting our community begins with supporting our workforce.
Please see the full programme soon for details of our masterclasses.
